David Green, CPA

David graduated from Colorado State University  with a Bachelors degree in Accounting.  David has a diverse background in the areas of accounting, auditing and taxation and has experience serving a wide range of clients including Governmental, Non Profit, Agricultural and more.  

David has a wide range of governmental experience that includes extensive experience auditing special districts. He has preformed many engagements that are required to be performed under OMB circular A-133.  David has extensive knowledge of internal controls and their application in order to form a solid financial reporting system within the organization's.  He has worked in both public accounting and private accounting giving him a unique perspective and the ability to approach situations from a different point of view.
